“It doesn’t matter how high you lift your leg. The technique is about transparency, simplicity, making an earnest attempt.”

Our Methods

Creating New Patterns

We use tried and tested methods that will help you strenghten your core and achieve more flexibility while learning classical ballet techniques.

Barre Class

Russian School of Classical Ballet

We base our training program on the principles of the Vaganova Method, which emphasizes the development of physical readiness as the foundation for all dance activity.

This approach prioritizes body conditioning—including strength, joint mobility, and alignment—before progressing into complex movement.

Our focus is on building a strong, stable, and well-coordinated body capable of executing controlled and technically correct motion. By developing muscular strength, flexibility, and postural awareness, our students not only improve their dance practice but also cultivate healthier movement patterns for everyday life.

These classes are ideal for adults seeking to enhance functional mobility, reduce the risk of injury, and support graceful aging. Whether you’re returning to ballet or starting fresh, our program offers a comprehensive and intelligent approach to movement—grounded in classical technique and guided by experience.

Barre Class

Progressing Ballet Technique

Our trainers are certified in the Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) developed by Marie Walton-Mahon—a globally recognised method that uses muscle memory to enhance core stability, alignment, and weight placement. This approach supports students in reaching their full potential in classical ballet.

Exercises are performed using fit balls and resistance bands, which help reduce strain on the lower back and knees while building strength and control. The PBT method is respected worldwide by both dancers and instructors for its safe, effective, and highly engaging training style.

ISSA Corrective Class

ISSA Corrective Exercise System

Our ISSA-certified team specializes in helping clients improve their range of motion, correct muscle imbalances, enhance overall performance, and reduce the risk of pain and injury.

We address common concerns such as low back, shoulder, and knee discomfort, while also supporting recovery from various types of injuries.

Our goal is to provide effective, personalized solutions that promote long-term mobility, strength, and resilience.
