Our Methods

Creating New Patterns

We use tried and tested methods that will help you strenghten your core and achieve more flexibility while learning classical ballet techniques.

Russian school of classical ballet

We base our training program on the principles of the Vaganova Method, which emphasizes the development of physical readiness as the foundation for all dance activity.

Progressing Ballet Technique

This method encourages students to use muscle memory to improve and understand core stability, weight placement and alignment.

ISSA Corrective exercise system

Our ISSA-certified team specializes in helping clients improve their range of motion, correct muscle imbalances, enhance overall performance, and reduce the risk of pain and injury

Barre Class

A unique ballet based exercise workout program specially developed for all ages. We do not use complicity coordination dance combinations in Center and Jumps.

Parterre Class

Parterre ballet builds core, hip, and foot control without weight-bearing. Tougher than regular barre, it reveals imbalances and strengthens weaknesses. This floor routine targets the core, helping you achieve a strong, lean dancer’s body.

Stretching Class

Designed to stretch, strengthen, and release tension, this class improves flexibility, posture, circulation, and helps prevent injury. Combining stretch and strength work, it supports long-term results. Open to all levels.

Progressive Ballet Technique

Our PBT-certified trainers use muscle memory to improve core strength, alignment, and technique with low-impact exercises. This globally recognised method supports safe, effective ballet training.

ISSA Corrective Exercise System

Corrective movement training targets common dysfunctions across all levels, from beginners to pros. Our Dance Exercise Therapy focuses on post-rehab, ideal for health, fitness, and dance professionals.
